Great price, improvements to customer relations helpful
The lighting fixture I received is beautiful. The price was very good. Better communication is required between the store and customer to update the customer regarding the order status. In the end, everything worked out well, although I did feel I waited slightly longer than expected to receive my order (over 2 weeks). Had I been in a rush, this may have been an issue.

It was great, product arrived un-damaged, I had a question in the meantime and was answered. Maybe setting delivery expectations up front would help however.
