- SNOC warranty does not cover replacement of defective parts that are non-aluminum parts such as sockets, bulbs, bolts, screws, nuts, brass parts and accessories.
- SNOC warranty does not apply to damages caused by negligence, improper use, product modification (such as pole drilling or cutting, etc.), accident or damages caused by fire, flood, acts of God or other casualties beyond the control of Snoc (2010) Inc.
- SNOC warranty does not cover any labor costs incurred on removal or reinstallation of product.
- SNOC warranty does not apply to poles that are not installed with anchor bolts supplied by SNOC.

* If a residential product is used for a commercial application, the warranty on the LED board is reduced to 10 years.

CanadaExcellent customer service
We started a major exterior home improvement project late 2019 and ordered some Snoc products from Lighting Originals. Pricing was great from their Christmas specials.Got delays with delivery of the products because of the pandemic, Snoc shutdown their manufacturing for a few months. As you can imagine, it was somewhat frustrating with the delays while waiting for the exterior lighting to wrap up our project. Throughout the process, Lighting Originals has been helpful the whole time and trying their best to help sort out the order and delivery. We got prompt responses from their customer care team (David and Kate), even after mid-night. Now, that is dedication and customer service. Can't wait to start another home renovation project to work them again. :-)
