• SNOC warranty does not cover replacement of defective parts that are non-aluminum parts such as sockets, bulbs, bolts, screws, nuts, brass parts and accessories.
• SNOC warranty does not apply to damages caused by negligence, improper use, product modification (such as pole drilling or cutting, etc.), accident or damages caused by fire, flood, acts of God or other casualties beyond the control of Snoc (2010) Inc.
• SNOC warranty does not cover any labor costs incurred on removal or reinstallation of product.
• SNOC warranty does not apply to poles that are not installed with anchor bolts supplied by SNOC.

* If a residential product is used for a commercial application, the warranty on the LED board is reduced to 10 years.
