SNOC warranty does not apply to damages caused by negligence, improper use, product modification (such as pole drilling or cutting, etc.), accident or damages caused by fire, flood, acts of God or other casualties beyond the control of Snoc (2010) Inc.

SNOC warranty does not cover any labor costs incurred on removal or reinstallation of product.

SNOC warranty does not apply to poles that are not installed with anchor bolts supplied by SNOC.
